Mission Statement

We are dedicated to actively contributing to society through education and research which promotes the safety and security of food, sound business administration, conservation and enhancement of  environmental quality in all of the fields of the agri-food industry.

Educational Objectives

We aim to educate students who possess a broad knowledge of science and technical skills as well as have a keen business mind for agri-industry related professions such as developing new food products, food processing, food distribution, food service industry, resource recycling and conservation of the environment.
