Papers not exceeding four pages should be submitted electronically (PDF or Postscript) as attachment files to Luc Berthouze (Luc.Berthouze@aist.go.jp). Based on the review, selected authors will be invited to submit either (1) full paper (max 8-page paper in Proceedings), (2) a short paper (max 4-page paper in Proceedings), or (3) a poster (max 2-page paper in Proceedings).

Abstracts (one page) can also be submitted, and will be presented as posters. Abstracts should also be submitted in PDF or Postscript as attachments to Luc Berthouze (Luc.Berthouze@aist.go.jp). For each poster presentation, one or two pages will be allocated for an extended abstract in the Proceedings.

We are following the SAB formatting requirements but modified for A4 paper:[PDF for SAB-A4], and [PDF for EPIROB]. The EPIROB proceedings will be printed on A4 paper.

Please submit your papers for the EPIROB workshop in the SAB-A4 format. The style files for LaTex are available [here in zip format] and [here in tar format].

Poster dimensions: Poster authors should prepare posters no larger than 1.4m high and 1m wide.
